Welcome to CampusFX! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CampusFX (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
To use CampusFX, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are required to create an account to access our courses and community features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4. Payment and Access
CampusFX operates on a one-time payment model. Once you pay the specified fee (UGX 50,000), you gain lifetime access to all available courses. Additional charges may apply for specific premium features or new content added in the future.
5. Course Materials
All course materials, videos, content, and resources provided through CampusFX are for educational purposes only. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that the content is free from errors. You agree not to redistribute or sell the content in any form without explicit permission from CampusFX.
6. Community Guidelines
As part of the CampusFX community, you are expected to engage in respectful and professional behavior in our WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and forums. Any form of harassment, spamming, or inappropriate conduct will result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Refund Policy
All payments made to CampusFX are non-refundable. Once access to the course materials has been granted, the payment cannot be reversed. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact our support team for assistance.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful behavior. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our platform or its content.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on CampusFX, including logos, trademarks, course materials, and website design, are the intellectual property of CampusFX. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any materials from the Service without prior written consent from CampusFX.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
CampusFX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Service, including, but not limited to, its accuracy, reliability, or availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampusFX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to access our courses.
12. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes made to the platform.
